My name is Alex Kessinger. I work at Yahoo! as a front-end engineer. I code, write, and curate. I have interests that run the gamut, though what ends up on the blog is mostly tech, and working in tech related.

Is this one rea­son why we’re giv­ing up on TV as our pri­mary mode of con­sum­ing cog­ni­tive sur­plus? Cre­at­ing some­thing, even if it’s just a Wikipedia arti­cle about Thun­der­cats, seems more mean­ing­ful? Or (alter­na­tive hypoth­e­sis) are peo­ple ROFLing at LOL­Cats mostly drunk?
